When there are samples that match your profile, you will get a notification email. Each month, if you have completed a minimum of 3 surveys, you will be able to claim your samples. Depending on the type of campaign, you will receive the product to your door or you will be invited to pick it up at a selected supermarket! There will be a feedback form waiting to be filled out in your account to tell us what you think about the products you received.

Yes. You will need to complete a minimum of 3 surveys each month to be eligible for free samples. You can find open surveys here or by clicking the 'Surveys' tab in your account.

We give you 14-days to complete a survey after the product is delivered. During this time we will send you a few reminders if we notice that the survey is not completed.

Should the survey not be completed within the given timeframe, your account will be suspended from Vegan Inventions and you will be unable to redeem future offers or rejoin.

We will always send you a tracking number to stay on top of deliveries. If something goes wrong or there's a delay, please get in touch by emailing hello@veganinventions.com

Nope, all of our samples are free and are also delivered to you free of charge. 

Occasionally, you will be able to claim a Cashback offer which means you will purchase your claimed product at a selected supermarket. Afterwards, you will be able to upload your receipt into your Vegan Inventions account and we will then reimburse the cost of the product(s) directly to your bank account.
